Antipasto Salad

Antipasto salad is truly a refreshing and flavorful dish. It is meant to be an appetizer, but I tend to have it as my main dish. Lettuce, tomatoes, olives, pepperoni, salami, provolone, mozzarella (I didn’t use this time), and artichoke hearts. This is my favorite salad to eat, but I try not to have it too often because it is high in sodium. I fix a Dijon vinaigrette to serve with my antipasto salad.
