Mediterranean Roasted Turkey

For Thanksgiving this year, I spiced up my turkey some. I rubbed on a few spices and then added garlic and parsley to my olive oil to coat the turkey. The recipe came from The Mediterranean Dish. Here’s the link: Roast Turkey Breast | The Mediterranean Dish

The only negative is that my parsley looked almost burnt, but that was probably because I did a whole turkey and not just a breast. If I had covered my turkey as soon as it was browned the parsley would likely have stayed green. However, the aroma when the turkey was roasting in the oven was fabulous!
