Chicken Puttanesca

I used chicken breasts, which I cut in half before searing. The sauce has a very deep flavor; it paired really nicely with the pasta. I cooked using anchovies for the first time. The anchovies were cooked down as the first step of making the sauce, so there were no pieces of anchovies in the final dish. I enjoyed the flavor of this dish very much. I do think I will grill some asparagus when I serve leftovers.
